Motorcycles sold to us from customers are refurbished to raise their product value and then sold through auction for dealers or through retail in our stores, etc. around the country to be delivered to new customers. We also offer support as well as various services to enable customers to enjoy a fulfilling bike life that suits their lifestyles.

Handling more than 100,000 used motorcycles annually, we sell motorcycles wholesale to motorcycle retail stores and other dealers through our wholesale business mainly via auctions for dealers, and also sell motorcycles retail to the general public through our stores and online sales via the Internet.In order to meet the needs of an increasing number of customers in recent years, we have been handling new motorcycles in addition to used motorcycles.We are aiming to continue expanding our network of dealer stores for new motorcycles by opening new stores as authorized dealers of brands such as KTM and Husqvarna Motorcycles.

We mainly engage in export of vehicles purchased in Japan.

In addition to export of vehicles, we aim to establish overseas sites and purchase, sell, and import vehicles through said overseas sites.

We aim to strengthen the reuse business of motorcycle parts/accessories through opening franchise stores of UP GARAGE CO., LTD.

In addition to opening franchise stores of Upgarage Riders which specializes in purchasing/sales of used motorcycles parts/accessories, we operate BIKE O stores that purchase and sell motorcycles next to the Upgarage Riders stores for the customers' convenience.

In addition to our EC site BIKE O Direct, we are strengthening sales of motorcycle-related products through market place of Oz Project, our subsidiary.

BIKE O Direct sells over 400,000 items from used motorcycles, motorcycle mufflers and other motorcycle parts to helmets and other motorcycle accessories. Oz Project, our subsidiary, utilizes knowhow accumulated in retail at physical stores and engages in online sale of helmets and other motorcycle related parts/accessories.

Operation of electric mobility EC shop "e-bike". e-bike sells next generation electric mobility such as uniquely designed electric assist bicycles and electric scooters that do not require a license to electric motorcycles that require a license.

e-bike sells various electric mobility through its EC site as well as operates physical stores that enable customers to actually feel the vehicle by test driving, which is impossible through the EC site. We operate e-commerce business utilizing our experience in operating physical stores in the Motorcycle Business.

We are strengthening our used car purchasing business which has an affinity with the Motorcycle Business.

We opened franchise stores through signing a franchise contract with Rabbit Car Network Co., Ltd. We aim to expand our stores through utilizing our business model, knowhow, and infrastructure.
